Reading Wrap Up // March 2019

I wouldn’t necessarily say that my reading month was great this month. I completed four books. I basically read The Priory Of The Orange Tree all month and I still managed to not finish it. I’m still working on that one. It’s a massive book and I’m honestly getting a sore shoulder from carrying it around in my purse all the time. I need to finish it! On the bright side, I did enjoy everything I read this month! I’ve been having a wonderful reading year so far. I think out of all the books I’ve read so far, I only sort of disliked two books. That’s really freaking awesome.…

    January Reading Wrap Up:

I feel like this was a great start to the year. I read six books! I even enjoyed most of them! I’m really hoping my reading stays like this for the rest of the year. Heck, I hope I read more books a month. I’m really making reading a big priority for me in 2019. What books did you read this month?  ★★★★★ The Wicked King by Holly Black: Oh my, this book was just UGH. I cannot believe I have to wait another year to see what happens. I need it now!!!! Bad Romance by Heather Demetrios: This book was hard-hitting. It’s such an important book. There are a…

    November Reading Wrap Up:

This was a pretty decent reading month for me. I read my first graphic novel, Speak. I was surprised with how quick I read it. Less than four hours! I also read the behemoth, Kingdom of Ash. BOY, I never thought I was going to finish that thing. I ended up finishing the month with some contemporaries. Honestly, after KoA, I didn’t want to jump back into a fantasy right after I just finished this amazing series. As you can also see throughout this month, I’ve had a lot of changes done to everything. I’ve changed my photos. A lot. I’ve changed my theme. A lot. I’m having a crisis…

    October 2018 Wrap-Up:

October was a really good reading month for me. I’m really proud of what I accomplished. It took me a while to power through Tower of Dawn and I started reading Kingdom of Ash. Two big fantasy books that take up a lot of time. I can already tell that November is going to be a slow reading month for me. Goodbye Days had to be my favorite October read. It just hit home and destroyed my heart a little bit. Tower of Dawn had to be my least favorite. I didn’t care for Chaol’s story too much. This book didn’t change my opinion of him. What books did you…

    September Reading Wrap-Up:

This month was a slow reading month for me. A lot of fantasy was chosen and I don’t tend to read fantasy as fast as I do contemporary. Although, the contemporary book I read did take me a little while to finish. I’m really hoping that October will be a better reading month for me. I really don’t want to get off track of my reading goal! Each link will take you to my review of each book. Empire Of Storms by Sarah J. Maas: I really enjoyed this book. I cannot wait to see what happens in Tower of Dawn and Kingdom of Ash! Perfectly Imperfect by Harper Sloan:…

    July Wrap Up:

July was a great reading month for me. I read six books! This definitely makes up for my slack in the last few months. I read a mixture of things. YA contemporary, YA fantasy and even New Adult. My favorite read of the month has to go to All Your Perfects by Colleen Hoover. Such an emotional read. I loved it so much! What books did you read last month? Have you read any of these? What were your thoughts on them? I also switched my blog around (again) so don’t mind the differences in the post. My Review – Goodreads – Amazon – Kindle Dell is used to disappointment. Ever…

    June Wrap Up:

I’m pretty upset with how much I didn’t read this month. But, work was kind of busy this month and I’ve been all over the place. What I did read, I enjoyed. I had a pretty decent reading month. Nothing was terrible, so that’s always a good thing! My favorite book this month was Dangerous Girls by Abigail Haas. Such a great read!!! I also finished What I Lost today, July 1st but I’m adding it here anyway. I’m hoping next month is a better reading month. I’m not as stressed with everything right now so maybe I will! My Review – Goodreads – Amazon – Kindle Everyone in Tenney’s…

    February Wrap Up:

February was not a good reading month for me. I was absolutely busy and stressed to the max. I’m really hoping March will be a lot better with reading. Although, I’m typing this up on the 5th and I’m thinking it’s not going to be. Why do I have to adult and not just read all the time? Even though I didn’t read much in February, I still read two AMAZING books. They were so good! I’ll see you guys soon with my March wrap up 🙂 A Short History Of A Girl Next Door Jared Reck Published By: Knopf Books for Young Readers on September 26th 2017Genres: Young Adult,…
